Do not go to the hundred acre wood. There is an evil there that does not speak it's name...

Remember the talking dog in "Summer of Sam"? Terrifying right? Talking animals give me the creeps. Talking toy animals. Even worse. Fear the bear he is not to be trusted.

Impressive. Most impressive. Obi-Wan has taught you well.

Not much to report today. My own projects are coming along nicely. More on them soon. In the meantime here's some insane awesomeness I stumbled over on the net. A group of artists were all given a Darth Vader helmet and invited to decorate it any way they saw fit. These are just a couple of the brilliant results. The many faces of the dark lord of the Sith.

For those of you that are interested the catalogue is available here...

Preorder today. I for one cannot resist the dark side of art.

A T-shirt' (or T shirt) is a shirt which is pulled on over the head to cover most of a person's torso. A T-shirt is usually buttonless and collarless, with a round neck and short sleeves. T-shirts can be decorated with text and/or pictures, and are sometimes used to advertise (see human billboard).

Right I'm in bed sick today but I'm not letting that stop my projects. Here for your enjoyment are some T-shirts that I'm in the process of beta-testing. The "Meat Raffle" shirts are currently available in L for men and S for women. They also come in white. I haven't settled on a price yet but if you want one give me a shout. I made the letters myself from meat I bought from the mad butcher. I wish I'd taken pictures of the process because it was pretty entertaining. My friend Meek took the final photograph.

Now the other shirts are works in progress basically they're things that I've seen while bombing around in the mighty Kingswood and I thought would look great on a T-shirt. They're something of a road trip around the North Island.

The first one is from a sign that you might've spotted outside of Taupo. It always makes me laugh. Exactly what is an Animal and Fun Park? And what - pray tell - goes on there. I'm too scared to find out

The Highway Baptist outside of Otaki always conjures up interesting images. I'm told however that the Highway Baptist is a very nice men. Somehow it sounds a bit scary. Good name for a movie.

From the famous pie-cart in Tokaroa. The simplicity of the sign gets me every time. "MEALS"

The Taumarunui (on the main trunk line) Racing Pigeon Club. Taken straight from their signage. For the record there are an usually high number of Holden Kingswood owners in Taumarunui. In fact last time I stopped the guy at the gas station asked me if I was there for the parade. Sadly I'd missed it.

And finally for all you "Friends of the Wood" this is one just for you show you can show your allegiance to the black beast of Kingsland.

Go well. Go shell.

We have floor!

"A person who can write a long letter with ease, cannot write ill." - Jane Austen.

Right this as far as I've got today. I can see floor. Then my nose started running. Illness has set in. First cold of the season. Bugger. I did, however, manage to hang some pictures by Mr Coop and Mr Component. All together now: "Warriors come out to Pl-aaay"

That's enough for today, then later there is the small matter of the lounge to worry about....

Let's get this party started...

“A good friend will help you move. A great friend will help you move a body.”

Hello fruitcakes. Well you’re probably wondering where I’ve been. Simple answer is I’ve been moving house. Finally we’re in our new digs and I’m using this as an opportunity to start work on some projects that have been bothering me for a few years now.

There will be T-shirts. There will be home furnishings. There will be art works. And, yes, there will be blood. And tears.

But here’s the thing. I figure I’ll need your help. I work best under pressure so today is day one. I’m going to take this room that I’ve set aside and turn this unholy mess into my base of operations. From here I will make some of my mad ideas into reality. It’s the first step so watch this space....
